Return & Exchange Policy

We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, our return policy applies as follows:

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered.

Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or order number.

Non-returnable items: Custom-made furniture, clearance items, and display sets are non-refundable unless damaged upon delivery.

Process: Please contact our customer service team with supporting photos or videos. Once approved, we will arrange for pickup or exchange.

Refunds: Refunds (if applicable) will be issued within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.
